Email Reply Management, Ready on Day One

Jul 22, 2026

A flow diagram of allGood's seven built-in email reply categories — Unsubscribe, Out of Office, Spam, Bounce, Sales Request, Left Company, and Other — each routing to an automatic action out of the box

If you've run email reply management before, you know the drill: before you can trust the system with a single real reply, you're stuck building out categories, writing rules, and testing edge cases for weeks. We've heard this complaint constantly from Drift customers in particular — Drift Email shipped with nothing out of the box, so every team had to build their entire categorization logic from scratch before it did anything useful.

allGood works differently. We ship with a full set of AI-based categories, already trained and ready to run, so there's no setup required to get value on day one. It's self-serve, fast, and — most importantly — painless.

And if you're currently on Drift, it's even easier: just connect your Drift account, and we'll automatically migrate your entire instance over to allGood's AI-based categories and actions. No manual rebuild, no re-mapping rules by hand. Connect, migrate, done.

What ships out of the box

Here are the 7 categories allGood supports with zero setup, along with what each one automatically extracts or does:

  • Unsubscribe — Messages requesting removal from mailing lists, unsubscribe requests, or opt-out requests. Automatically updates the contact's unsubscribe field in your MAP to true.
  • Out of Office — Automatic out-of-office replies, vacation responders, or messages indicating the recipient is away. Extracts the out-of-office return date.
  • Spam — Unsolicited marketing, phishing attempts, or irrelevant automated messages.
  • Bounce — Email delivery failure notifications, undeliverable messages, or mailbox-full errors.
  • Sales Request — Messages expressing interest in your products or services, requesting demos, pricing inquiries, or sales-related questions. Automatically forwards the email, with the subject line "Sales Request," to your sales team's inbox.
  • Left Company — Messages indicating the person has left the company, changed jobs, or is no longer at that email address. If a new email address is provided, it's automatically extracted.
  • Other — Anything that doesn't clearly fit the categories above. The catch-all fallback, so nothing gets lost.

Seven categories, fully built, running the moment you connect your inbox — no prompt-writing, no rule-building, no weeks-long implementation.

Confidence before it counts

Of course, "no setup required" doesn't mean "no room to customize." As you tune categories or add your own, we also offer a test suite that lets you validate any changes before real replies start flowing through them — so you can catch a broken prompt or misfiring action in testing, not in production.

That's the whole idea: start with a system that already works, and have the tools to keep it working as you make it your own.
